A little bit about me
I originally trained as a physiotherapist in the 1990s and have subsequently spent the past 15 years working in service improvement projects in healthcare. I missed working with people and using exercise to improve wellness, so I trained to be a yoga teacher. I went to Spain in October 2024 and completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Amanda Dee Smith at Yoga Realign International Yoga School.
My interest in health, combined with over 20 years of personal yoga practice, shapes the way I teach. I like to focus on breath-led movement, thoughtful sequencing, and the biomechanics behind each pose. I love how vinyasa blends strength, flexibility, and flow, creating a practice that energises both body and mind. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, my classes aim to help you move with intention and ease.
