Celebrating A Taste of Altrincham Festival, Chef Robert Owen Brown from the Cheshire Cookery School will present an exciting live cookery demonstration focused on creating simple and delicious fish and shellfish dishes. The menu will include Sea Bass with Fennel & Black Olives and Gambas Pil-Pil, with step by step demonstration on how to fillet fish.
This will be an engaging, fun and informative cookery demonstration.
Please note:
The demonstration will start promptly at 12.30pm and will last 35 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Due to health and safety guidelines and allergens, we unfortunately won’t be able to offer tastings during this session.
Tickets are FREE but must be booked in advance and if you are unable to attend please cancel your place.
