Exhibition and Arts Trails

7th November 2025 – January 2026

Located at Oyez Arts, Altrincham Town Hall and venues all over Altrincham.

One-Year Anniversary: Exhibition & Arts Trail – “Together”

This anniversary exhibition and arts trail celebrates bringing the community “Together”, with a shared goal of highlighting the importance of Altrincham Town Hall as a vital community asset.

We are proud to serve as a hub for creativity and culture – a place where people can discover high-quality self-directed learning, explore new interests, and nurture positive mental health and wellbeing.

Alongside the exhibition and arts trail, we are hosting a rich programme of events and happenings designed to welcome people inside the building, giving them the chance to experience its unique heritage and understand its value as a space for the whole community.

On preview night we will also launch the next step in securing the Town Hall’s future by demonstrating the benefits of Altrincham Town Hall as a community asset and introducing our Community Share Offer. This will provide an opportunity for local people to play a direct role in safeguarding the building’s future, while raising essential funds to support the organisation and begin refurbishment and restoration. By supporting this initiative, the community will help ensure that the Town Hall is not only preserved as a heritage landmark but also sustained as a thriving centre for creativity, culture and wellbeing.

Together, we are building a future where Altrincham Town Hall stands as a beacon for culture, creativity and community life.

ARTS TRAIL & EXHIBITION

Applications

OYEZ Arts invites artists to be part of a 3-month town-wide celebration of creativity, culture & community. Artworks will be showcased in shop windows, cafés, public spaces and all participating artists will also exhibit in a curated central gallery show.

The Arts Trail is an Exhibition Platform for Artists, giving them the opportunity to show their work all over Altrincham. Work can be submitted in any media. Work should be a high quality and show artistic expression and technical quality.

We will be placing the work in venues throughout the town bringing the town together and celebrating our community. Work exhibited will be curated so that it celebrates and enhances the space it is in and vice versa.

We’re excited to feature exceptional exhibitors, each showcased in a designated space with event literature, digital brochures and venue maps.  All display areas are positioned along a clear, circular route to ensure equal footfall and visibility for all.

Artists will be required to exhibit one piece of work for the gallery at Altrincham town hall and one for the local venue. Ideally, we would prefer 2 pieces of different work as minimum but prints are accepted.

Deadline for submissions: 12 October 2025

If obtaining prints or framing, “Love to frame” are offering a 10% discount to all artists exhibiting in the show. Please quote “ALTYTOGETHER”.
