If your a parent/carer of a teenager come and join us in a fun discussion about how we can support our teens through these rollercoaster years.

Two local nutritionalists, Helen and Suzanne both experiencing their own teens difficulties, put their knowledge to the test to discover the real differences they could make. They want to share their knowledge to help others and are joining us in the Hall as part of the Altrincham Food and Drink Festival for an informative and fun night, with drinks and nibbles., samples, tricks and tips

Hi, we are Susanna and Helen – two nutritional therapists passionate about the importance of nutrition in supporting good health and mental wellbeing. As mothers of teens ourselves we understand how tough the teenage years can be and we would like to share with you some practical tips and advice that can support your child’s emotional and mental wellbeing through these transitional years.
